3. Matters arising

Overflow parking has not progressed as Jack has been ill but GB and CC will follow up with Harvery Crocker.

RN will make point of sale display so Iris's book can be displayed and sold in the Village Shop.

Cycle racks, new tables, day-time hires – carry over to next meeting.

Treasurer's Report dated 7 April 16 attached to minutes was presented at AGM which immediately followed this meeting.

5. Hall caretaker

CC has checked with his contacts but not able to find anyone yet. All Trustees to keep eyes open for suitable candidate.

6. Hire charge increase

Hire charges will be increased as per proposal from May onwards.

7. Events 2016

Village Clean for the Queen and tea - Sat 11 June, 2.30-4.30, voluntary event

Summer event eg mini fete or BBQ Sat 3 September.

Halls Hire website - RN will change contact phone no to GB

HC volunteered to set up a Memorial Hall Facebook page

CC reminded all Trustees that a Communications/marketing manager is required - discuss at next meeting

AR was thanked for preparing strategy-type document summarising aims of Memorial Hall charity - carry forward to next meeting.
