The hall can be booked by the hour, by the session (morning, afternoon or evening), or by the whole day as a one-off or on recurring dates. There are discounts for local people and regular bookings subject to conditions. Availability can be checked on the bookings calendar before making a booking.

Please note that the Memorial Hall Management Committee does not take bookings for parties (this does not affect events being planned by Beech Hill residents).

Party Bookings

Please note that the Memorial Hall Management Committee does not take bookings for parties. This does not affect other events such as meetings, clubs, societies, recreational activities, conferences, etc. or events being planned by Beech Hill residents. The Booking Secretary may make an exception for any regular hirers that we know well. Please see the FAQ page for more details.

Bouncy Castle Info

We don't want you to be disappointed that your bouncy castle won't fit inside the hall. So, please ensure that it is less than 3.5 metres high, and no more than 5 metres wide, and 5 metres deep/long.
