followed by Carols by Candlelight at St Mary's
Sunday 21st December 4:30 - 6pm then over to St Marys for carols
Come and join us at the Hall for mulled wine and mince pies to chase away the winter chill, and then come over to the Church to belt out carols and come over all christmassy just in time for our favourite winter festival.
All ages welcome.
Beech Hill Village Bonfire Night Sunday 9th November 5pm
Come and join us for the annual Beech Hill Bonfire night and torchlit procession (aka Beech Hill's very own pagan festival)
Gather at the playing fields on Beech Hill Road (near the hall) at 5pm to receive your torch. Then proceed with lighted torch over to the hall and gather round the waiting woodpile. At the signal, put in your torch and stand back to watch the flames leap up into the night sky! It's a wonderful occasion every year.
Everyone welcome. Please do bring sparklers for the kids, we will have some but more are always welcome. There are no fireworks, the bonfire is all we need.
Once you've had enough of the roaring flames, come into the hall out of the cold to collect your soup and hotdog.There will be a cash bar with mulled wine, wine, bottled beer and lager, and soft drinks, plus free squash for the kids.
Please book in advance to guarantee your hotdogs! Beech Hill residents can book early! Pre-sale is open until 27th October.
