Please see our bookings calendar to confirm that your required date(s) and/or time(s) are available. Please see the hire charges for details and times of hourly, morning, afternoon and daily rates.

Do you need to book more than one session? That's no problem, just select how many bookings you'd like to make in the field below. Then, simply fill in the details for each booking date in the relevant fields.

Please note that there's a maximum of 10 bookings per booking form submission. If you'd like to make more bookings, please submit another form.

Evening bookings, except for leisure activities such as yoga, dance and meditation, finishing after 18:00, are by special arrangement only. Party bookings are only accepted for Beech Hill residents. The Booking Secretary may make an exception for any regular hirers that we know well. Please see the FAQ page for more details.

The Trustees understand that bookings need, on occasion, to be altered or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the hirer's control.

We want to be helpful and so if you give us 7 days notice there is no charge.

If you give us less than 7 days notice and/or do not take up your booking, then we reserve the right to charge 50% of the hire.

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive a hire sheet confirming the hire fee and any deposit required.

The deposit and/or fee, as advised, should be paid by bank transfer as soon as possible, to confirm the booking. Please use the reference given on the hire form.
